Everything is better with a balcony:
A house, a school, a daycare…

That's where the idea of building a balcony building for our city came from.

In fact, a veranda of 2000 m2 in the heart of the Park; free, inviting and cozy.

​

In the new building, we seek to reconnect the parts through transparency, continuity and framing of views and routes articulated with the Park's path system.

​

Create a place to be, suitable for culture and party. In this space, everything is playful, inviting to look. The ramp offers a dynamic walk: seeing everything from above, close to the leaves and birds.

Educate with joy, bring together different ages, encourage socializing.

​

Only two opaque elements structure the building: the stage box and the administrative and auditorium space. The rest is aerial, it integrates with the park naturally without blockages.

​

The balcony as a historically democratic space means, here, the interior and exterior integration and the exercise of citizenship.
