RENAISSANCE BUILDING
Belo Horizonte is a city famous for its street corners where architectural solutions have always been a challenge.
Renaissance, with simplicity, wants to create a striking corner. A unique prism, which has a 15m high hall on the outer edge that is integrated into the sidewalk.
At the top, the gesture is reversed. There we left a void. Space to be filled by the air, the wind and the blue of the sky. It's a metaphor. What we lack is what humanizes us and puts us in search of the other.

The arrival space is large and articulates the entrance to the garages with the port cochere, the areas for the event center and auditoriums.
The standard floor has a square plan to facilitate multiple distributions without interfering with the structure and avoiding longitudinal circulations.
The frames are developed with German technology and landscaping by the Burle Marx office. The building has maximum energy efficiency certification at the project level by Procel. Renaissance is an intelligent building that combines design and sustainability.
