GLOBO MINAS NETWORK
Taking advantage of the potential of prefabricated structures – large spans, durability, perfect finish, speed – leaving the “common place” and transforming it into a functional environment that combines high technology with humanized spaces, were the premises of this project, on a plot of 10,193m2. and 6,600m2 of built area.
The structures resulted in two blocks: one, which includes the administration, two studios, a production and exhibition area, integrated into two gardens, and the other service block, where the generator, central warehouse, canteen, dressing room, transport coordination, air conditioning chillers, power boards and all equipment control.
It is a work with a modulation of 7.5 × 10 m, with sophisticated flooring, ceiling and high technology solutions in acoustic insulation and b-cleaning.
The building promotes the meeting between people, through humanized spaces such as squares of coexistence and relaxation. They added to the project another meaning of living, with unforeseen activities.- plural functionality, adding quality to everyone who uses the space.
