LE SAINT PAUL BUILDING
The conceptual proposal for the building on Rua São Paulo is fundamentally based on the intention of treating it as an object of culture, a work of architecture.
These are original, clear and clean solutions that establish a harmonious relationship between the building and the city, the streets and its trees.
Continuous, monochromatic gestures seeking cohesion in the whole.
The crowning that is vigorous, complete to distinguish it from the surrounding buildings.
The floor plan solution allows for functional connections:
Social - Service
Social - Intimate
Service - Intimate
No unwanted interference thanks to the ingenious system of halls, elevators and horizontal circulations.
The social and leisure area of the building takes place without improvisation; integrated, wide and luminous
