MORUMBI HOUSE
Casa Morumbi, located in the Jardim Pignatari Condominium, is located on an uphill terrain, adjacent to the Oscar Americano Foundation forest.
Its steepest stretch has been preserved.
The building recedes and creates a large front slope.
The lower floor is located 3.0m above street level. It is vehicle and pedestrian access. In it are located the entrance hall, wine cellar, toilet, atelier / space for the arts, garage for 06 cars and services.
The rest of the house rests on the slope.
On this level all parts of the house are connected and intervisible. A set idea.
On the middle floor are located the large lawn and the swimming pool, surrounded either by the common covered areas - living room with double height ceilings, dining, balcony e SPA, or by the wall that frames and is framed by the canopies of the Foundation trees.
On the upper floor are located the office, intimate living, guest rooms and suites, all overlooking the main garden and facing the morning sun.
