Globo TV Network - Minas
To take advantage of the potentials of prefabs – large spans, strength, perfect finish, fluidity; to transform the space into working environments that bring together high technology and humanized settings; and not to become commonplace. Those were the three premises for this project, which occupied a total area of 10,193m2, with 6,600m2 of built area.
The result was presented in two blocks: one for the administration, with two studios, plus a production and broadcasting area, all together with two gardens, and another for services, where a generator, a central storehouse, a canteen, dressing rooms, a transport coordination center, the air conditioning chillers, the power box and the equipment control center can be found.
It’s a modular construction of 7.5 × 10m, with sophisticated solutions to flooring and ceiling, and state-of-the-art technology in soundproofing.
The building promotes interpersonal meeting, through humanized spaces, such as the R&R islands. These have added to the project a new meaning of experience, allowing for unpredicted activities – that’s multiple functionality adding quality to every user’s life.
