Le Saint Paul Building
The conceptual proposal for this building, placed on São Paulo St., is fundamentally based upon the intention of showing it as a cultural object, an architectural object.
Clear, clean and original solutions set a harmonic relation between the building and the city, the streets and their trees.
Continuous, monochromatic gestures focus on the cohesion of the whole.
The crown is vigorous and whole, to distinguish the building from the others surrounding it.
The blueprint of the typical floor plan allows for functional connections:
without any unwanted interference, thanks to the ingenious system used in the halls, elevators and circulation areas.
The social area and the leisure area of the building are present without improvisations, well-integrated, ample and luminous.
